Fix the 6ix is a volunteer committee trusteed by West Neighbourhood House. Our goal is to alleviate, destigmatize, and humanize homelessness in Toronto. By collecting unwanted gift cards and turning them into a charitable solution, we seek to bridge the critical resource gap for shelters in Toronto. We elevate the voices of the homeless community in hopes of better understanding homelessness so we can be better equipped to end it. Fix the 6ix aims to improve the quality of life of individuals experiencing homelessness because we believe that no one in our community should be left behind.
